OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office says someone set four hay bales on fire in the 4300 block of Montana Road north of Ottawa Wednesday evening. The sheriff’s office also said that someone stole three pieces of plywood and two large cinder blocks from the same property at about the same time. The damage to the hay was estimated at $80. The loss from the theft was estimated at $210.
