— The Ottawa school board looked at its options Monday night for dealing with increases in the number of elementary students. The board reviewed the options with its architectural consultant. Supt. Dean Katt said another expansion at Garfield is an important element of the board’s options for the future. They expressed little interest in an expansion of the Eugene Field School, he said.
