OTTAWA — Ransom Memorial Hospital and the Gollier Rehabilitation Center continue to have intermittent problems this morning with the new phone service, which was installed prior to this weekend. The hospital’s Brenda Pfitzenmaier said both facilities area also have problems with Internet connections and faxing. If you can’t reach RMH or the Gollier center, call 418-6797 or 242-6095.
