OSAWATOMIE — Victory Baptist Church pastor Larry Osbourne criticized the Osawatomie City Council at a recent council meeting for approving Sunday sales of alcohol. The council ignored the results of a public vote nine years ago rejecting Sunday sales, Osbourne said. He told the Osawatomie Journal he doesn’t know if there will be a petition drive to force another vote on the council’s decision to allow Sunday sales.
