TOPEKA — A knife-wielding man broke into WIBW-TV offices in Topeka this morning and fought with employees before he was subdued. WIBW reported the man stabbed two sales representatives and bit one of them before he was tackled and held down by about eight other employees before police arrived. The two employees received minor injuries but were taken by ambulance to a hospital for treatment, WIBW said. Topeka police identified the man as Ray Miles and he was also injured and hospitalized.
