OTTAWA — When his wife went to a garage sale, Chuck Adell told her if there was anything patriotic, buy it. She checked a box and found a flag and bought it. But when he checked the flag, he found that it had the names of all of the known victims of the 9-11 terrorism attacks written on the red stripes of the flag. Mark Cation hung up the flag at the Franklin County Visitors Center Monday morning for Memorial Day.
