OTTAWA — A 66-year-old Ottawa farmer reported thieves jacked a three-horsepower, 230-volt water pump from a pond in the 2000 block of Sand Creek Terrace northwest of Ottawa this weekend. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department says the loss was estimated at about $1,200.
