WELLSVILLE — A 33-year-old Wellsville man was booked into the Franklin County jail in connection with a domestic disturbance Monday night. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said Scott Hutchinson and a 33-year-old woman were involved in a physical altercation in the 300 block of West Third Terrace in Wellsville. The sheriff’s office saidhe refused to let the woman leave the home during the disturbance. Hutchinson was booked for battery and criminal restraint.
