OTTAWA — The Franklin County Cancer Foundation’s sixth annual ‘On the Move For Cancer 5-K’ run-walk at Kanza Park June 9 netted more than $11,000. The group said that was a record. The overall winners of the 5-K were Sara Pacheco and Josh Whittaker.
