OTTAWA — This year’s last Ottawa City Band concert is tonight at 7:30 at the bandstand in City Park. Among the selections to be performed, the “Mancini Spectacular,” of music from the legendary Hollywood composer, music from Broadway’s reworking of the Wizard of Oz, called “Wicked,” “Black & White Rag,” and “Rivers.” Bring lawn chairs and blankets.
