OTTAWA — Like the teachers tell their students, it’s nice to share. And the Ottawa school board is practicing what Ottawa teachers are preaching. The school board has agreed to share that part of its fiber optic network north of the river that it isn’t using with the city of Ottawa, which will use it to route computer information to and from a new substation in northern Ottawa, said Supt. Dean Katt. The board and district are glad to share, he said.
