OTTAWA — A 40-year-old Ottawa man told police that several people struck him several times early Thursday morning while he was in the 500 block of North Mulberry. Three who knew the man attacked the man and took his cell phone, wallet and money, Capt. Adam Weingartner said. Police know who the suspects are but haven’t caught up with them, he said. The man received minor injuries and refused medical treatment at the scene, he said.
