OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said deputies had to referee what was described as a road rage incident in the 2300 block of K-68 just west of ottawa Saturday morning. The sheriff’s office said Tristan Charbonneau, 32, Topeka; and Alejandro Rodriquez, 37, Ottawa; got out of their vehicles and had a heated exchange of words involving a threat. The incident was forwarded to the county attorney’s office.
