WILLIAMSBURG — It was not a sweet time for a Williamsburg man who was booked into the Franklin cCunty jail in connection with an argument over a piece of candy. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department said Steven Hollon, 39, was booked for criminal damage to property Sunday afternoon after he was accused to damaging a washing machine in a home in the 1200 block of California Road during an argument over a piece of candy. He had fled when deputies arrived but he was picked up a couple of hours later.
