GARNETT – In preparation for the “Day in the Life of Anderson County” photography contest, the Garnett Public Library will host a photography workshop Thursday night at 7 at the library’s Archer Room. The workshop will be presented by retired Hallmark photographer Fred Kautt and Katie Rockers from Rockers Photography of Greeley. They will discuss the general elements of photography and give tips on how to take a great picture.
