OTTAWA — Lincoln-Ottawa-Harrison Township Fire Chief David Gibbs reported to the Franklin County Sheriff’s office that thieves stole a generator, tank and harness set, and a firefighter’s mask from the 2000 block of Kentucky Road southwest of Ottawa sometime before Saturday afternoon. The sheriff’s department estimated the loss at about $3,800.
