RICHMOND — Beachner Grain reported that thieves stole 60 gallons of diesel fuel out of the tank of one the company’s semi-trucks before Tuesday morning. The truck was parked at the Beachner elevator in the 100 block of East Central in Richmond, the Franklin County Sheriff’s office said. The loss was estimated at about $250.
