OTTAWA – Monday is Labor Day and government offices and many businesses will be closed.
That includes the federal and state offices, the city of Ottawa and the Ottawa Library, schools and Franklin County. The Ottawa Friends of the Library will hold its usual monthly book sale Saturday morning, which is the first Saturday of the month, at its bookstore at 209 E. Second. However, there will be no Monday book sale.
