OTTAWA — The Ottawa Fire Department turned over some blasting caps to members of the Olathe bomb squad Saturday afternoon. Ottawa police found what appeared to be four blasting caps to the fire department, Fire Chief Jeff Carner said. Ottawa firefighters summoned members of the Olathe Fire Department explosives team, who collected the blasting caps, he said.
