MOUND CITY — The Pittsburg State University Small Business Development Center will hold a seminar on competing for government contracts in Mound City on Tuesday, Sept. 25. The three-hour program begins at 1 at the Linn County Annex. The seminar will discuss how to find government contract opportunities and how to bid and win contracts.
