OTTAWA — Three missing children from Ottawa were been found this morning, shortly after they were reported missing. After the alarm about their disappearance was issued, an employee of the Casey’s General Store on West 7th Street spotted the children, ranging in ages from 11 to 5, this morning and called 911, Police Capt. Adam Weingartner said. A detective happened to be in the area and immediately found the three children, he said. They were taken back home. Police believe the children wandered off on their own from the 500 block of South Cedar while their mother was getting ready for work..
