OTTAWA — The city of Ottawa’s photo contest has been extended to Monday afternoon at 1. City planning and codes director Wynndee Lee said contestants can enter photos that illustrate three categories related to good community planning – events and activities, outdoors and buildings. The contest is for two age groups. Entries will be displayed at city hall during city planning month, which is October, with winning entries receiving cash or prizes.
