OTTAWA — Franklin County jury spent this morning deliberating in a case involving a 12-year-old kidnapping and attempted rape.  The jury is deciding the fate of Arizona prison inmate Ralph Corey, was accused in the case.  Earlier today, the jury asked to have testimony of one Kansas Bureau of Investigation DNA expert read back to them.  The jury was sent home Friday afternoon after four hours of deliberations. Much of the trial has focused on testimony by forensics experts. Most of the evidence against him is DNA evidence. A KBI cold-case computer program matched his DNA with some of the evidence in the Ottawa case.
