OTTAWA — Advantage Ford closed a deal this week to buy a site in southern Ottawa on South Oak Street next to Applebee’s Restaurant for a new and larger dealership. A groundbreaking will be next month, general manager Rick Nunez said. The new dealership, with a larger sales space and service area, is expected to be open in about a year. Ottawa city commissioners approved a special tax incentive Monday called a TIF to be used to help pay the costs of developing the site. Nunez said Advantage Ford is grateful for the support it has received from the community and the city.
