COLONY — Three people were injured in a three-vehicle crash on U.S. 169 west of Colony Sunday night. A mini-van driven by Mandy Gardner, 30, Moran; was going south on U.S. 169 when it drifted across the center line and hit two north-bound vehicles, the Kansas Highway Patrol said. Gardner wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and she was thrown out, the highway patrol said. She was taken to Overland Park Regional Hospital for what the highway patrol described as disabling injuries. The driver of one of the other vehicles, Adam Barber, 22, Park City; was taken to Anderson County Hospital in Garnett for disabling injuries. A passenger in his car, 55-year-old Charles Barr, 55, Frisco, Texas; was taken to the KU Medical Center for disabling injuries. Both were wearing seat belts. The driver of the second vehicle, Shane Moore, 18, Moran; wasn’t injured.
