OTTAWA — When the Ottawa Fire Department was called, firefighters found about 10 kids who were setting paper on fire on the porch of the Nazarene Church Tuesday evening, Assistant Fire Chief Richard Oglesby said. There was no damage, but the kids got a scorching lecture from the Ottawa Police Department.
