OTTAWA — Area voters lined up early this election day at many Franklin county polling stations. Election judges report that some voters were standing in line at mid-morning at some Franklin County polling stations. Election workers say voters were standing in line when the polls opened at 7 and lines continued throughout the morning, as turnout was unusually heavy today. Although the polls close at 7, election workers say if you’re in line at 7, you can still vote.
