OTTAWA – Ottawa fire fighters responded to a fire alarm at Ottawa University early Sunday morning. A student was baking some biscuits in the oven in the Brown Hall kitchen and overcooked them, Assistant Fire Chief Richard Oglesby said. Damage was minor.
