OTTAWA — Miranda Gillaspie, 21, Ottawa; was booked into the Franklin County jail last week for three counts of theft and two of criminal use of a financial card. Ottawa police said a 23-year-old Ottawa woman reported someone stole her bank card and used it at different Ottawa businesses without her permission.
