LAWRENCE — The Kansas Department of Transportation said traffic on K-10, which is 23rd Street in Lawrence, in eastern Lawrence will drop to two lanes during the winter. The change begins today. KDOT is replacing a bridge on K-10 as part of the project to build the rest of the South Lawrence Trafficway.
