CENTRAL HEIGHTS — A 16-year-old Richmond girl was taken to Olathe Medical Center Tuesday morning following a two-vehicle crash near Central Heights School. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Amanda Raby, 16, Richmond; was driving a pickup north in the 900 block of Ohio Road in southeastern Franklin County when she hit a car driven by Krystin Tidwell, 16, Richmond; who was turning north onto Ohio Road from Douglas Road. Tidwell was taken to Olathe Medical Center for her injuries, the sheriff’s office said. Raby was injured but refused an ambulance.
