TOPEKA — A group representing teachers has been critical of Gov. Sam Browmback’s Task Force on School Efficiency. The Kansas National Education Association said Brownback wants to make schools more efficient but hasn’t appointed a single teacher to the task force. Nor has the task force, mostly made up of accountants, invited teachers to testify, although they’ve been willing to hear from an anti-education think tank, the KNEA said.
