PARKER — A 90-year-old LaCygne woman was killed in a crash on K-7 east of Parker Monday afternoon. Dorothy Harvey was driving east on 2100 Road but failed to yield at the stop sign at the K-7/K-152 junction, the Kansas Highway Patrol said. Her car was struck by a pickup driven by 39-year-old Stoney Whittle, 39, Mound City, the highway patrol said. Harvey, who wasn’t wearing a seat belt, was killed, the highway patrol said. Whittle was injured and taken to Overland Park Regional Medical Center. He was wearing a seat belt, the highway patrol said.
