OTTAWA — Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County has kicked off a fundraiser to finish its present project. Habitat’s Cindy Dengel said the group’s new house project at 740 S. Elm is running ahead of schedule. However, she said the group wants to raise $20,000 to finish the project.
