OTTAWA — A 21-year-old Ottawa man was booked into the Franklin County jail for possession of methamphetamine with intent to sale, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a chase by Ottawa police late Friday night. Ottawa police said they tried to stop Jacob Hobbs for a traffic infraction and he refused to stop.
