OTTAWA — A 76-year-old Ottawa woman lost control of her car and went into the ditch on Old Highway 59 north of Ottawa Wednesday evening. Amelia Gray was driving south on Old Highway 59 near Woodson Road when she lost control of the car, the Franklin County Sheriff’s office said Although Gray and her grandson Andre Davis, 4, Ottawa; didn’t appear to be injured, they were taken by ambulance to Ransom Memorial Hospital for precautionary examinations, the sheriff’s office said.
