OTTAWA – American Eagle Outfitters has donated $15,000 to the new playground area at Forest Park, said Ottawa City Commissioner Sara Caylor, who has been a member of a group raising money to buy and install new set of playground equipment replacing an older wooden playground set between the tennis courts and ball diamond. The new set, which Caylor said she hopes is installed this year, will cost $150,000.
