BALDWIN CITY — Baldwin City Mayor Ken Wagner saids he won’t run for re-election to another four-year term. Wagner has been mayor or city council member for 10 years. The Baldwin City Signal reported that he wants to spend more time with his business. After his announcement, Baldwin City Council member Bonnie Plumberg decided to run for mayor. She owns the Pink Lady consignment shop in Baldwin City.
