OTTAWA — The filing deadline ended at noon Tuesday with five people filing for the three seats on the Ottawa City Commission. Banker Mike Skidmore and Main Street’s Helen Hood filed for the city Tuesday morning. Incumbent commissioners Jeff Richards and Linda Reed and former commissioner Rocky Fleer filed before this week.
