COLONY — Four year’s worth of plans to improve Colony’s sewer system will be given a boost if the city receives slightly more than $1 million in U.S. Department of Agriculture loans and grants. The Anderson County Review reports the city will apply for the loan to pay for improvements to the city’s leaking sewer system. The loan would be wrapped with city money and a $274,000 grant the city received last year.
