OTTAWA- A court hearing for a 46-year-old Richmond woman charged in connection with a kidnapping and robbery in October last year that started in Richmond has been continued. Robin Renae Williams was scheduled to appear in Franklin County District Court today on a charge of Aggravated Robbery. However, her arraignment has been delayed until February 4. 22-year-old Allison Dulin of Spring Hill was forced at gunpoint into her car at Richmond and then driven to Princeton, where she was dumped. A 22-year-old Richmond man pleaded guilty to Aggravated Robbery in a plea deal in the same case. Joshua Franks was sentenced to 18 months in prison and two months probation.
