WILLIAMSBURG — A 55-year-old Williamsburg woman reported her 15-year-old grandson and friend took her car without her permission Sunday night from the 200 block of North East Street in Williamsburg. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said they also stole a Blue-Ray player and several DVDs and pawned them. The car was returned a few hours and the Blue-Ray player was recovered.
