KANSAS CITY, Kan. — The Grinter Place State Historic Site will host ‘Second Saturdays by the Grinter Stove’ Saturday morning. Visitors can observe a cooking demonstration on the Grinter wood stove at 11, and hear a program on local history topics at 1. Admission is $3. Grinter Place is at 1420 S. 78th St., in Kansas City, Kan.
