OTTAWA — Perhaps you’re old enough to remember the old TV crime series “Naked City.” Naked City was New York but now it’s Ottawa. Ottawa police said they booked Kathleen Fishbach, 41, Ottawa, for lewd public display and pedestrian under the influence saturday night. Just the bare facts, ma’am: police said found her walking naked in the 300 block of South Cedar.
