PAOLA -The culprit of a series of auto thefts in Paola may have been caught. The Miami County Republic reports 29-year-old Andrew R. Weiland was arrested Thursday night and charged with 13 counts of burglary and theft for the crimes. The burglaries occurred over a two-day period back in January. The 13 thefts collected an estimated five thousand dollars and were taken from unlocked cars.
