OTTAWA- A 51-year-old Ottawa man was booked into the Franklin County jail Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of promoting prostitution and stalking. Ottawa Police Sergeant Mark D’Augereau says Frank Dean Aaeger was arrested after he showed up at a meeting set up by detectives. D’Augereau says a man sent several unsolicited text messages to an 18-year-old Ottawa woman. He says the texts became more sexually explicit and tried to recruit the woman into prostitution. He says when the woman went to police, detectives asked her to arrange a meeting. He says detectives were at the meeting place when Yeager showed up.
