FRANKLIN COUNTY- Due to the recent winter storms, the cost-share application deadline for state fiscal year 2014 funding through the Franklin County Conservation District has been extended to Wednesday, March 6. District Conservationist Keri Harris says funds will be available for cost-share projects including new terraces, waterways, diversions, pasture-hayland renovation, home septic system repairs and interior cross fences.
