OTTAWA — A 23-year-old Ottawa man was knocked down by a vehicle in the 400 block of North Main Street Monday afternoon. Michael Paterson was running across traffic when he was hit by a vehicle driven by Grace Nilges, 71, Ottawa, police said. Paterson received minor injuries but refused medical attention at the scene.
