TOPEKA — Two area businesses will be among several small businesses in the state receive regional awards from the Kansas Small Business Development Center at a ceremony in Topeka March 12. Legislative resolutions recognizing the business owners will be presented by state Sen. Tom Holland, D-Baldwin City; and Rep. Don Hill, R-Emporia. Molly’s Table, a café and catering service on Paola’s square will receive one award. Donna Nagle is the owner. HayesBrand Molding of Garnett will receive another. The company is a machine shop and does plastic injection molding.
