RICHMOND — Retired Anderson County Historical Society President Dorothy Lickteig will be the guest speaker at the Richmond Community Museum meeting Monday night at 7 at the museum. Lickteig will tell about historical events in the Scipio and West Scipio areas south of Richmond. The museum will also show off its new displays and display cases, carpeting and other materials. The public is invited.
